How We Got here

Starting Ecco AI was a natural progression for us, stemming from a confluence of factors that sparked our entrepreneurial spirit. It all began with a conversation with the head of HR at our university, Indiana University, a friend who provided valuable insights into the challenges faced in the realm of customer service. The inundation of inquiries, many of which could be efficiently addressed with existing resources, highlighted a widespread issue transcending industries. Delving deeper into this niche, we uncovered a common struggle plaguing numerous businesses.

Our journey was propelled by a pivotal realization of the transformative potential of generative AI in streamlining customer interactions. This epiphany fueled our determination to craft a solution from the ground up.
